The symbolism of the jewelry

The name of the jewelry is inspired by the Irish name "Kacie" which means "courageous".

The bangle bracelet is a piece of jewelry rich in history. It is worn on different continents and by many cultures and civilizations. The oldest traces come from India and Pakistan and date back nearly 5000 years. It is also found in Viking, Native American, Greek, and Roman cultures. In the past, it was used to indicate social rank based on its material and was often synonymous with wealth. Paradoxically, it was also worn by slaves when they did not have their chains to indicate that they already had an owner and were not free. Today, the bangle has become a very trendy and essential fashion accessory. It is a symbol of freedom.

Gold plating is a process rich in history. This gilding technique has been used worldwide since antiquity. Formerly a sign of wealth and power, today it conveys elegance.

Choosing your size

Before ordering your bracelet, check the size that suits you.
The size depends on the morphology of your wrist and how you wish to wear it.
Measure the circumference of your wrist with a flexible tape measure, or if you don't have one, use a string or a strip of paper and then measure its length with a ruler.

Usage and care tips

To preserve the jewelry from premature aging and maintain its shine, MOONSTRA advises you to avoid:

• exposing it to fresh, salt, or chlorinated water. Remove the jewelry before showering or swimming.
• exposing it to sand and salt. Remove the jewelry before going to the beach.
• exposing it directly to perfumes, deodorants, creams, and other cosmetic products. Wait for the products to be absorbed by the skin before putting on the jewelry.
• exposing it to oxidizing products. Remove the jewelry before doing household chores or DIY.
• exposing it to heavy perspiration. Remove the jewelry before any intense physical activity.
• keeping it on while sleeping and for manual activities.

To clean and make the jewelry shine, MOONSTRA advises you to rub it gently with a soft-bristled brush moistened with water mixed with a mild shampoo or Marseille soap, then rinse it with clear water and finally dry it with a soft cloth.
