1 - Is your site secure? Can I order safely?
This site is 100% secure.
The site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the green padlock on the left side of this page's URL is there to remind you).
Regarding payment, we use Stripe, which is a benchmark in terms of internet transaction security.
2 - I only received part of my order. Is this normal? What should I do?
Processing your items may take different times. To prevent you from waiting too long, we may sometimes deliver your order as soon as one or more items are ready. You may therefore receive your complete order in several packages.
If an item is not delivered to you, please contact us at contact@moonstra.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
3 - What is the shipping time for my order?
Orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), then shipped via Colissimo in 48 hours.
4 - What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders are shipped via Colissimo in 48 hours with signature upon delivery to the shipping address provided during the order, or to a Colissimo relay point if this option was selected.
5 - How to order?
To order, simply visit our website.
Then you just have to choose your desired items by clicking on "Add to cart" or "Buy now".
Once you have made your choices, click on your cart (the cart at the top right of our site), check the contents (type of items and quantity) and click on "Proceed to checkout".
At this point, you will be asked to identify yourself and provide your postal details for the shipment of your order.
We also ask for a phone number so that we can easily and quickly notify you in case of any issues with the order.
Finally, you will be asked for your bank details to proceed with payment. Payment is secure (https).
Once payment has been made, if it has been authorized by your bank, you will receive a confirmation email.

6 - What are the payment methods?
Payments can be made by credit card or PayPal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers, or cash on delivery.
7 - What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are as follows:

By Colissimo to your home with signature upon delivery: the cost, excluding offers or reductions, is 8.40 euros

By Colissimo to a Relay Point: the cost, excluding offers or reductions, is 5.50 euros.
